I've never been able to
do it the expected way.

Not in my work, not in my life. Somewhere along the way I stopped treating that as a flaw and started building a business out of it.

I'm Rosie. I run The Ace Group with an all-female team of designers, content creators, and strategists, and what we do is give founders permission to be unique out loud. Not a softer version of you. The real one, made undeniable.

I'm not here to make you look like the others. I'm here for the ones who were never going to fit anyway.

Memories are the legacy.

I don't think branding is decoration. I think it's the record of what someone built.

Every founder I work with is making something that will outlive the launch, the thing their kid tells people about, the thing a customer remembers twenty years from now without knowing why. Marketing is how that survives. Living memories.
